About Us
Prevail Care is your local NDIS approved provider offering a range of disability supports across the greater Perth region. Our supports are tailored to assist you to live safely and comfortably at home and to actively enjoy your local community.
Prevail Care is a culturally sensitive organisation that understands and respects the diverse cultures that live in our society. We tailor supports to your needs, your life and your cultural requirements. At Prevail Care we speak six different languages, with us disability is not a barrier, and neither is language. Our goal is to ensure you Live the Life you Deserve.
Our services are holistic and respond to the needs and goals of our participants, their families and carers. We listen to you, and in partnership with you, we develop tailored programs and supports that ensure you receive the type of supports you want, where you want them and when you want them.

What is the NDIS?
The NDIS is short for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The NDIS is an innovative way to provide services for people with disability. The NDIS promotes greater choice and control for people with disability and their families.
To be eligible for the NDIS you need to have a permanent and significant disability that effects your ability to take part in everyday activities. If you are eligible for the NDIS, you will be assisted to identify your goals and needs, and an individual funding package will be allocated to you to purchase the supports you require.
Are You Eligible?
To be eligible you need to:
Be under 65 years of age
Have a permanent and significant disability
Be an Australian citizen, live in Australia and hold a permanent visa or hold a Protected Special Category Visa.
Unlike the previous system of disability funding the NDIS also supports people with a psychosocial disability, which is a term used to describe a disability arising from a mental health issue.
